R S Khandpur works at Pushpa Gujral Science City in Kapurthala as the Director General. He completed his graduation in Science from the Punjab University and his post graduation from Bangalore. He has written over ten books and sixty research papers. In the past, Khandpur also worked with the WHO as a consultant and received several medals and awards for his contributions to the development of the electronic industry. He holds an overall experience of forty years in technology development, education, training, management, consultancy and research and development.
