Validity for claiming the replacement for all the items in the package will be 10days from the date of delivery of the product to the customer. After 10 days, only the Spandan device will be replaced and not the accessories. Validity for claiming the replacement of Spandan device will be for 2 years from the date of delivery of the product to the customer. This warranty can be claimed only once during this period. This warranty is only valid in case the device fails to function within normal tolerances due to material or internal defects during the specified warranty period. The warranty is against manufacturing defects only, therefore repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of the company, depending on whether the unit has been properly operated & handled during the warranty period, without any tampering. Warranty is void if the product is not operated according to the instructions given in the manual. The warranty does not cover the following: Cost of replacement arising because of repairs carried out by any unauthorized person. Accessories or other attachments external to the main device itself, if not explicitly warranty above. Damages resulting from personal use, mishandling, neglect, abuse, customer modification or failure of the user even if, caused accidentally.
